Curating Manchester's local music scene as DJ for Reform Radio and introducing bright artistic talent through Out In The Crowd, folk-pop charmer Liam McClair still found time to compose what can only be seen as his most refined work to date: 'Hunted' is of ardent melodic aura, accentuates the songsmith's soulful vocal tinge and displays his voice so alluringly rhythmic and strong in phrasing that it demands, captures its audience's attention well and truly; supported by enticingly harmonious guitar intonation (or emotionally dramatic piano serenades) and dynamic percussions, interwoven with delicate storytelling, Liam's new single strikes a chord with all who fall for the warm and haunting musical kind. And that should be quite a few.
